The Belvoir Ranch, owned by the City of Cheyenne, spans 18,800 acres west of the city, including the adjacent Big Hole property near the Colorado border. Purchased in 2003 and guided by a 2008 master plan, the land supports recreation, ranching, wind power, and other potential uses.
The 2024 Update looked at 2008 Proposed Uses, implementation opportunities, and community feedback for the future of the area.
