Replat of a parcel into two of lots to allow for redevelopment of the southwest corner. This is not redevelopment of the park by a private developer. The redevelopment will include the area where the single-family home and the parking lot at the corner of Morrie Avenue and E Lincolnway. This project will go before the Planning Commission and City Council for final approval.
