Thank you for participating in our Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Plan survey. Your input is crucial in shaping our community's future. This survey is designed to gather information on community needs and priorities for the City of Cheyenne’s CDBG Consolidated Plan. The CDBG program, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), aims to provide decent housing, suitable living environments, and expanded economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income persons.

  • Assess affordable housing and community development needs
  • Identify housing and community development priorities
  • Formulate specific objectives for our three-year Consolidated Plan.
