PUDC-25-80: Winco Annexation

Annexation of 18.62 acres of land into City Limits. This land will be assigned a City Zone based on the current underlying County zone. The assigned zone will be CB Community Business. The assigned zoning will be heard by the Planning Commission. The annexation and assigned zoning will go before City Council for final approval. Public comment will be taken at those meetings.
