PLTA-26-4: Agriculture-related Code Amendments

UPDATES:
- The proposal is moving to the City Council. The item will be found at City Council Agenda page by Friday October 9, 2026 (link).

- The planning commission staff report is attached, however the Planning Commission added one amendment to the text in the Staff Report.

This is a collection of text amendments to the City of Cheyenne Unified Development Code (UDC) and Municipal Code. The proposed amendments would clarify agricultural uses and permissions, allow for gravel parking, allow electric fences for livestock control, and clarify livestock allowances. This will go before the Planning Commission and City Council for final approval. Public comment will be taken at those meetings.

Comments on the amendment draft will be open for 2 weeks. Opportunities will also be made available to comment through the adoption process with Planning Commission and City Council.
