Zone Change request from MR Medium-density Residential to NR-2 Neighborhood Residential - Medium-density. The proposed use of the land is for a single-family residential in a cottage lot style of development. This will go before the Planning Commission and City Council for final approval. Public comment will be taken at those meetings. Other related projects are: PUDC-25-35: Trailhead Estates 2nd Filing Expedited Plat.
