The 18th Street Reconstruction Project is currently in the preliminary design phase. Design elements being considered include ADA upgrades, streetscape design, underground utilities, and roadway modifications. At this time, there are no dates for construction.
Events
The 18th Street project will run from Warren Avenue west to Bent Avenue and along Bent Avenue south to 15th Street. This project is currently in the design stage and the City would like feedback from residents and downtown stakeholders.

The City of Cheyenne will host a public meeting open house to discuss the 18th Street Reconstruction Project and discuss preliminary design considerations. The event will consist of a short presentation at 5:30 p.m. MT and informational display boards, along with opportunities to visit with the project team and ask questions.
The public meeting open house will be held from 5-7 p.m. Mountain Time (MT) in the Cottonwood Room of the Laramie County Library.
